1:1 training with our Internationally certified trainers will help you achieve your health and fitness goals at a faster pace.
We have a simple process that can ensure you achieve your goals:

Step 1:

The first 40 mins session will be all about your assessment which is documented for further reference. We will set 3 short term and 3 long term goals in these sessions.
These goals are based on the SMART system of goal setting i.e. Specific, Measurable, Action Plan, Realistic and Time bound.
These are not just goals to be written and forgotten. You and your coach can hold each other accountable for these goals.

Step 2:

4 Week action plan which will be handed over to you even before you start the plan.

In the last 15 years in this industry, we have never seen a coach handing over the next 4 week workout plan with goals to any client. Our aim is to be transparent and forward thinking. We don’t want to randomly give you workouts with no plan.
We will chart out a mission and a road map to this mission.

Step 3:

Monthly Re-assessment
After every 12 sessions we will sit and discuss your progress, failures and the way forward. You and your coach and brainstorm where we need to focus more and plan the next course of action.
This method of personal attention to detail is what we want to give you because your body and mind needs a special treatment.
