You will be a part of a Small Group Personal Training. Here your personal coach will design a customized plan for you for just 40 mins sessions, 3 times per week. Within 40 sessions you can experience a drop in inches, weight and improved strength.

Even though you will work-out in a small group, you will be taken care like a personal training session. Your coach will conduct an assessment to understand your current fitness level. Based on this assessment your coach will understand your strength and weakness.
